Content Creator |producer | Director | Audio Engineer

My name is Kerry Van Dorn. 
I am a producer, director, cinematographer, photographer, editor, and audio engineer.

Throughout my career, I've worked on over 500 live events, and broadcasts.

In my last position, I worked as a Producer with OSUMAX and Sport & Story. I produced, shot, and edited long-form narrative documentary-style videos across all sports.

Previously, I worked with the University of North Carolina. I produced and directed sporting events with Go Heels Productions. Events were broadcast on ACC Network.

I studied Creative Media Production at the University of Oklahoma.

From 2016 to 2021, I worked as a production assistant and production specialist for SoonerVision, OU Athletics’ in-house media department. I've worked as a Producer and Content Creator for sports like soccer, gymnastics, volleyball, and basketball.

I am familiar with different camera setups from large broadcast cameras to smaller setups like Sony’s FS7, A7Sii, and A7iii. I'm familiar with programs Adobe Creative Cloud programs like Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects as well as Avid Media Composer.​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​As an audio engineer, I've worked on over 280 live events, studio shows, and sports broadcasts using different consoles, including the Calrec Artemis, Summa, and Brio. From 2017 through the 2019 season, I was the main audio engineer on an OU Football show called Coaches Corner which aired weekly in the fall. In 2020, I was the main audio engineer for Sooner Football with Lincoln Riley. 

Beyond this, I have experience as a freelance audio engineer, camera operator, production assistant, and utility/grip. I've worked with different employers for live events and broadcasts on EPSN, ACCN, Bally Sports, FOX Sports, and CBS Sports. ​​​​​​​
